MR GALLEN LEE CHOON TENG

Mr. Gallen Lee has gained 19 years of experience across various industries, demonstrating expertise in business management, financial services, and strategic leadership. While serving as the Deputy CEO of Rexit Berhad prior to his present appointment, Mr. Gallen Lee plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and profitability. He collaborates closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans, manage daily operations, pursue business development opportunities, and ensure financial alignment with corporate objectives. His focus on customer engagement and risk management further solidifies his leadership within the company.

Before his current role, Mr. Gallen Lee was the Group CEO at Systech Berhad, where he led the company in defining its vision and mission, developing long-term corporate strategies, and enhancing operational efficiencies. His leadership was instrumental in achieving business objectives and improving financial results, as well as effectively communicating with the Board of Directors to address business challenges.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Gallen Lee held significant positions in the banking and financial sectors. As a General Partner in Private Equity, he managed asset allocation decisions and compliance with investment mandates. He gained substantial experience in sales and business development ranging from Commercial to SME banking in various financial institutions. He managed and grew the sales portfolio and had accomplished outstanding results. His diverse roles in account relationship management, finance and administration, and planning engineering highlight his adaptability and extensive knowledge across different business functions.

Ms. Chan joined Rexit Group on 15 September 2004. Prior to joining Rexit Group, she was the Group Financial Controller of Proven Resources Sdn Bhd Group of companies since 1996. She began her career with Deloittes and later joined KPMG, gaining a total of more than 8 years of experience in these 2 major accounting firms. She was also the Group Financial Controller of the RSH (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd Group of companies. She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Malaya. Ms. Chan does not hold any directorship in public companies and listed corporations.

She does not have any family relationship with any director and/or major shareholder of the Company. She not have any conflict of interest with the Company. She has not been convicted for offences within the past 5 years other than traffic offences and does not have any public sanction or penalty imposed by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year.


MR TONG TIN HENG

Mr. Tong joined Rexit Group on 2 February 1999. He holds a Certificate of Achievement in Strategic Information Systems and Accounting from the Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom. He started his career with Power Computer Supplies Sdn Bhd as a programmer in 1989, during which he was instrumental in defining and re-developing additional insurance core modules. He subsequently joined Allianz General Insurance Company Malaysia Berhad (“AGI”) (formerly known as Malaysia British Assurance Berhad) as an Assistant Manager in 1996. He was appointed to head a team of in-house developers to further enhance and develop existing software while at AGI.

He is the technical head with the Rexit Group and has more than 26 years of working experience in the IT industry. With his wide and intimate knowledge, he has contributed significantly to Rexit Group’s growth.

He does not have any family relationship with any director and/or major shareholder of the Company. He does not have any conflict of interest with the Company. He has not been convicted for offences within the past 5 years other than traffic offences and does not have any public sanction or penalty imposed by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year.
