RHB Bank Berhad Joins InfoGuardian Network
RHB Bank Berhad is the latest of entrant to the family of InfoGuardian users. The system went LIVE in 2014 and immediately saw 140 Property Valuation Firms registered to use the system in conjunction with RHB Bank. At the same time, another 500 legal firms signed up immediately, joining the family of InfoGuardian users.
RHB Bank deployed the InfoGuardian system to manage their very large conveyance portfolio of approximately 35,000 cases per annum. Every case is monitored by InfoGuardian in real-time, to ensure the borrowers are not unnecessarily delayed in their application.
The system InfoGuardian tracks all processes from within the bank and external users to ensure work progress and there is no stalling of critical process in the quest of enhanced customer services.
The family of users within RHB network has grown to about 6000 online InfoGuardian users from 2000 firms from every location in nation.
We expect the number of sign up to increase as more features are introduced into the system.
